Building Maintenance has been maintaining buildings in the UAE for over 10 years. Our staff of experienced professionals uses state-of-the-art equipment and systems to complete any maintenance task efficiently. Our company has provided nearly 10 years of superior quality services to the Regional. We specialize in office and commercial buildings, industrial maintenance, construction clean-up, and institutions. Our services include:

We under take comprehensive building maintenance contract, Annual maintenance. We also perform breakdown maintenance of villa complex, shopping mall, office space, Hotels & Restaurants.

Furniture We do supply and installation of wide range of custom and readymade furniture for hotels and offices.

Project interior and shop interiors

The interior division of lumens undertake work on turnkey basis, we have highly qualified engineers, designers, supervisors, dedicated technical & strong work force.

We specialize in Gypsum work, including M.R Boards, calcium Silicate boards, acoustic mineral fiber boards, vinyl faced gypsum boards.

We undertake all type of false ceiling, wooden and aluminum fiber GRC and Grip GRC works

Different type of doors, fire rated doors. parquet flooring, carpet and raised flooring, wall painting, wall paper fixing.

To ensure we meet our objectives, the following outlines individual responsibilities in relation to the implementation of our Quality Assurance program;

Managing Director
As senior executive officer, our MD has overall responsibility for setting the company’s quality goals, strategic planning for growth and overall improvement to business processes, and to ensure these goals are met through constant performance indicators. The MD also reviews the quality management system regularly.

Quality Manager
The quality manager is an integral component of our management team and has the responsibility and authority to manage the day-o-day operation of the quality system, including advising senior management on the performance of the system. The Quality Manager is also responsible for conducting training in quality awareness.

Management Team
The members of the management team have the responsibility to ensure that the company’s quality goals are translated into operational effectiveness. They are accountable for the quality outcomes of their departments.

Supervisors
Supervisors are responsible for implementing the quality system on a day-to-day basis. They are also responsible for conducting work skills, OH&S and Customer Service training.

All Employees
Each person is expected to understand their role in achieving quality outcomes and then putting these principles into practice.
