Quality Policy

LUMENS.L.L.C. is dedicated to delivering services, as agreed by contract, at a quality that will meet our client’s expectation whilst providing efficient and timely completion within the contract budget.

Everyone benefits from quality. It reflects directly on our success and is actively encouraged as a matter of pride and satisfaction for all the employees. Training is made available to every employee to enhance understanding of the quality policy, and procedures that flow from it and their effective application.

Our objective is to execute all work processes effectively and efficiently at one go.

To achieve this, the company will ensure that the policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organisation by developing procedures tailored to the desired work practices and then working on it.

The company focuses on best work practices with procedures defined to minimise waste and error across all company activities, including Project Management, Supply, Fabrication, Maintenance and Soft Services work processes and also the management of supplies.

Lumens L.L.C. will provide adequate resources to develop and maintain quality, safety and environmental planning, control, assurance and improvement initiatives with training to ensure full participation of employees.

Quality, Safety and environment protection are management responsibilities. Lumens L.L.C. construction management will continually monitor the quality of all products and services while ensuring that safety and environment protection standards are maintained to the highest practicable standards.

Lumens L.L.C. will continually monitor company operations through auditing functions and key performance indicators, to ensure conformance to agreed requirements and targets, and implementing initiatives to promote a trend of continuous improvement.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

LUMENS.L.LC. realize that working safely is vital to the ultimate success of our organization. There can be no compromise with safety; it is, and always will be, the responsibility of each and every one of us. For all of our employees, safety will always take precedence over job expediency.

LUMENS.L.LC. and our Managers and Supervisors have a total commitment to, and will continue to be responsible for, health, safety, rehabilitation and welfare of our employees, and others at our work places. They may delegate OHS&R duties and activities but not their responsibilities. All persons directing the work of others at our workplaces are required to join with employees and work together towards achieving and maintaining a high level of safety performance.

LUMENS.L.LC. is also committed to protecting our employees by demonstrating a ‘Duty of Care’ through effective OHS&R safety system and risk management strategies and the application of Industry-based Standard OHS&R procedures. All Employees, other persons and organizations are required to unite with us in joint objectives, which are:

1) To create and maintain a safe, healthy and productive workplace environment and procedures for all persons at our places of work, against risks to their health, safety or welfare arising out of our work activities;

2) To create and maintain continuous improvement strategies, systematically managing to ensure proactive hazard controls and legitimate implementation of our Policies and Procedures to the Industry-based OHS&R Standard for safety system and Risk Management; and

3) To ensure compliance with the OH&S Act, Associated Acts, referenced Industry Codes of Practice and referenced Standards.

Employees are required by law under a Duty of care of their health and safety, and that of their fellow workers to the extent of their capabilities, by following all safety rules, procedures and instructions, and by reporting all hazards, injuries or ill health. Employees must not misuse safety equipment.

Environmental Policy
